Consumer right
A consumer entering into a distance contract generally has fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

Effects
Payments received are refunded in accordance with applicable law. Where the consumer requested performance during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount may be due for services already supplied.
